(A) The chip top side possession by wire
(B) Text has been clean
(C) The chip top side is painted green

B) maybe official remarked by AMD for some reason we don't know.
C) maybe for protection purpose

b) officially remarked some es maybe

c) officially remark ... or is just the extra coating use in military boards applications.. can easy go with a thin razor or Alcohol

C) anti-water gule/layer, and often used for military chips or board.

C) conformal coating, mainly prevents moisture damage and stops whisker growth/damage from tin wiskers. Very important. Some is silicon based which you have to use special chemicals to remove. (like tetrafuran)
