The information database here says that the Am486DX5-133W16BGC is a 3.3v part and the V16BGC is 3.45v. (It also says the corresponding Am486DX4 and Am486DX2 are 3.45v.)

The (preliminary) Am486DX family doc from AMD (http://support.amd.com/us/Embedded_TechDocs/20736.pdf [Ordering Information, page 4]) explains the "order number" the other way around, W=3.45v V=3.3v.

Any way the tech document could be wrong?

Edit: Further in the doc (Operating Ranges, page 57) there's a special note "The VCC range for the AM486DX5-133V16BHC and BGC products is (3.15 V ≤ VCC ≤ 3.6 V)" - as opposed to the series standard VCC = 3.3 V ± 0.3 V, but wasn't 133W16 supposed to be the oddball one? Any way to confirm which of the two is the 3.3v binned CPU?

It seems that you are right, and the core voltages are reversed. I will see tomorrow if I have different revision of the datasheet, maybe I'll find some additional information there.

I corrected the voltages. I also added more information to the pages (max memory, low power states and maximum power).

As I understand it, the 133V16BxC are 3.3V processors, operating in the range 3.15V - 3.6V. The 133W16BxC are 3.45V processors (3.3V - 3.6V). All 66MHz and 100 MHZ processors have 3.3V core voltage (3V - 3.6V).
