anyone know the partnumer or type of this HUGE IBM MCM?
Could the back metal cover be removed to see the inside?
I am curious to look inside but the metal layer is very tightly covered, not any space to allow a piece of hair.

I have one similar to this, still with original heatsink. Part number on the heatsink is 86F3354
