| Now that CPUShack has generously gotten us collectors a batch of PR200s I can't help but be fascinated by this chip again. So I'd like to hear peoples' experiences with this chip. And some technical commentary. It's such a strange chip compared to its peers. |

well, like all K5's (and most CPUs made after it)
the K5 actually is based on a 29050 RISC core.
the PR rating system is the same as Cyrix and IBM (mostly) as the PR system was actually a joint development between these 3 companies. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
