anyone know the partnumer or type of this HUGE IBM MCM?

Could the back metal cover be removed to see the inside?

I am curious to look inside but the metal layer is very tightly covered, not any space to allow a piece of hair. Shocked

Looks like a 9121 TCM (the pin arrangement is the same), with pins removed. Here is a similar TCM: http://www.cpu-galaxy.at/cpu/white_beauties/white_beauties.htm.

I have one similar to this, still with original heatsink. Part number on the heatsink is 86F3354
