It is polish production power amplifier chip. First time I noticed that logo 1 in triangle. I cann't confirm it. aybe MHz will tell you more.

The one in the triangle was the marking for "erste Wahl" = "first grade part" in the former GDR... maybe similar in Poland?
The ES is most certaily the datecode
