unknown ceramic-DIP SIEMENS chips

i got a lot of them but no informations:

SIEMENS S 600F1 (gold ceramic DIP)
SIEMENS S 600F1 (tin over gold ceramic DIP)
SIEMENS S 607-2

any ideas?

this is custom chips ,,,,,, not a really interest from cpu collectors here....
