CPU freeze for 15 - 20mins during boot up

Hi guys,

I am new here.

I have some problem with CPU boots

I always get a hang at AMI BIOS check point 75 & 78 (especially 78 for more than 15mins to 45mins). It only happen when the SOL were activated. Who can explain this?

AMI BIOS checkpoint definition:
75 Initialize Int-13 and prepare for IPL detection.
78 Initializes IPL devices controlled by BIOS and option ROMs.
