Motherboard MS7046 CPU upgrade

Hello,

I have a motherboard from Microstar International MS-7046 (v1). I m using an Intel Pentium 4 HT 3.20 GHz processor.

I d like to replace and upgrade this processor. I can t find any info either on the MSI and Medion site About this motherboard.

1. Does anyone know the best CPU upgrade processor?

2. Does anyone know whether i have to upgrade my BIOS? I m not very conveniënt with that.

3. Do i have to install windows 7 again?
