Hi,

the CPU can be one of these Xeons:

http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Xeon/Intel-Xeon%20E5-2660.html

http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Xeon/Intel-Xeon%20E5-4620%20-%20CM8062101145500%20(BX80621E54620).html

Only these two are based on LGA 2011 (yes it is LGA 2011) and have 2.2 GHz clock speed.

Why don't you plug it into a motherboard and see what it is? Wink

No, it doesn't look like LGA2011. But I can't identify a socket right now.

You counted? OMG Very Happy

Maybe that's the new socket for upcoming Haswell Xeons?

It's definitely not Sandy Bridge-E, and LGA 1482 isn't a socket, so I'd guess it's the server-only LGA 1567 platform.

(Sorry for bringing back a dead thread, but I couldn't resist!)
