Hi guys,
a few days ago i found this chip
in a old chest full of a few hundred transistors
diodes capacitors and more stuff.
this was the only chip i found and was double wrapped
in a plastic file, to keep it safe.
the dimentions are L5.08cm W2.55cm h0.2cm
and the golden circle on top has a diameter of 1.6cm.
there is hardly to find something about it, only a thread here on CPU world but that ended because of bad pictures, i have better one.
i hope anyone has some info about this chip,
maybe it is it worth to sell it.
thanks in advance, |

| Nice chip! Very early form of leadless chip carrier. |
