Nice Little TI Wafer Circa 1995 371C16065

Hi

found this fully processed wafer - ready to dice and slice, see the little solder dots on the wafer edge ready for it to mount. Any ideas what it might be?

At least I found a closely related die at http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=43320 with some similar parts. If the information there is correct, then this should also be some DSP wafer. At least these dies look like DSPs with several small processors and quite a lot of memory.
