Hello,
About 20 years ago I remove some CPU chips from old computers.
It would be nice to know how rare chips I have and manufacturer, since I didn't manage to find any tips with google search.
Package: White ceramic
Aluminum heat sink, connected to chip with green glue.
Pin account 132 (14 x 14 matrix, no pins at middle.)
Printings are in the Gold plated area, middle of the pins.
I have 5 chips, some marked as CPU, some as VMMU.
Printings are:
CPU 8835 D1 GI
CPU 8846 D1 GI
VMMU 8836 CI GI
VMMU 8839 C1 GI
Numbers looks like date code, but if I remember correctly, devices are scrapped at the time of the "date codes"
I manage to remove heatsink from one VMMU and there was no any printings at the top of chip.
CPU's might be from the same device, where size of the hard drive was about 20 inch....

Thanks...
Looks that CPU's are really from Bull DPS 6000.
I manage to find picture of the CPU board from ummr.altervista.org/various_cpus.htm
and CPU's looks the same.
