I've decided to get this CPU for my build, but discovered through google searches there are two versions, and not able to find enough info on the differences to make an informed decision. Any advice to help me decide between the 95W and 125W models would be appreciated!

They have exactly the same performance. If you don't plan to overclock then the 95W version is better, as it runs cooler. If you plan to overclock it then the 95W processor may still be better, as it may allow for higher overclock.
