I have a i5 2400 and GA-PA65-UD3-B3 , will Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 fit on my motherboard? I think it may interfere with the ram sockets.

I use this on an Asus P8P67 Pro MB but use low profile ram as one slot is under the fan and on an Asus P5K SE with regular height ram.
