Sorry but can you provide more information about your Laptop?? Chipset, actual processor, etc.

Do you have TF-20 CPU in E625 laptop? If you do then the upgrade to TL-64 is likely to work. The TF-20 has the latest stepping so I doubt that you will need to update BIOS. The only problem is that the TL-64 has much higher TDP, so expect it will run hotter under load.
