Just wanting to find out if anyone has a datasheet or knowledge on part numbering for Microsystems 2102s

These are marked MF2102P

I was wondering if these were a 2nd source of P2102 or P2102A

If I take the naming used for 1702 eproms.. this would lead me that these are equivalent to Intel's P2102?
