picked up this pretty chip for thermal testing

marked
Intel Confidential
ICSF1 Thermal Samp
C9376082-0222 QC64

The bottom only has a 5 x 3 block of pins in each corner
The top has multiple test points & I think looking at pin-out (and what pins present) the power & grounding is supplied through the pads on the top

Looking at internal Intel documentation.. this was provided to the OEM's for testing
ICSF1 = Intel Customer Sample Foster 1

the thermal sample used internally withing Intel was marked
ITVF1 = Intel Test Vehicle Foster 1 (Thermal Samp QC72)
