Couldn't find any spec on this cpu.
Seems to be a P4 or Core2Duo? The Core seems to be bigger than the ones of P4, etc...

This looks like a Pentium 4 Willamette without its integrated heatspreader. Desktop P4 CPUs only have markings on the heatspreader and mobiles have their markings on the CPU package.
-> The two "missing" pins refer to socket 478
-> Willamette has the largest die. Northwood dies are shiny and the heatspreader of Prescott is soldered to the die - and therefore very difficult and risky to remove _________________ Check out my museum project with more than 1500 CPU pics: http://www.cpumuseum.jimdo.com/ |
