Can be this IBM chip an Intel 80286 with custom part number?
PRO - Intel 1982 copyright match with 286, support chips have copyright 1983 (like you can see on the second picture from UMMR site)
CONS - no information on internet, no possibility to test it |

| I guess the only way to confirm it ID is to open the bottom plate and see the CPU die. |
