I need to ID this CPU

Hello all, i wanted to knwo which cpu is it, or any information (socket, model...) about it, as im not competent in cpus.

Hi, it is Intel Itanium, probably ES from 9300 series (Tukwila). It is not possible to identified it more correctly without markings, they are blur here.
