I am looking at socket A processors to replace the one I have AMD 2400+ because its damaged. I noticed that socket A supports a wide range of processors in the AMD family. My motherboard is a Epox RDA+. 266/333FSB. Since processors have gotten cheaper since the Athalon 64s have come out, I can get a processor for my board pretty cheap. Just wanted to know if you guys know how high I can go with what I have.

I can't find anything on RDA+. Maybe you have Epox 8RDA+? If it is 8RDA+ version 1.x then the fastest processor you can upgrade to is Athlon/Sempron 3000+. If you have version 2.x of the 8RDA+ board then the fastest processor is 3200+.

BTW, version 2.x of the board will support 400 MHz FSB if you install the latest BIOS.
