I have an AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition and a motherboard Gigabyte 970A-DS3 with unlock features. I tried many time to unlock but don't work.
Need to do same settings in bios, like voltage...?
Please help!!!

It's not a guaranteed feature. Sometimes (often) you just can't unlock the 4th core.
