yes try with some thin screwdriver in the corners I see there is some space to put the screwdriver try to push a bit....
but even broke for sure we see what is ,,,
not a big deal in a case of 386 chip imo |

That, or grind the edge thin and peel it away from the chip around the edges. Will destroy the heatsink, but would reduce the risk of cracking the chip. |

if is aluminum this heatsink I think this method is the best ,,,, try to bent with some hard tool the heatsink around the chip corners and the chip will come off easy....
if is harder metal no idea...... |

| I think slowly grinding down the perimeter with a bench grinder (SLOWLY) until there's not much metal left, and then gently bend it away from the chip on all four sides, would allow you to lift the chip out safely, assuming it's not epoxied in too bad. |
