Why they do not try to sell them one by one?

Some weeks ago I offered a guy who was selling some CPU's $30 for an old DEC Alpha and I said I could be interested in some others.... suddenly, the cost raised to $92 with no warning. Of course, I said "no, thank"

Do they think that if I buy once and I am happy, I will buy again and again?

Less hassle than going to the post office several times for each auctions?

This could make a group buy, actually there's a PA7100LC in the lot that is the only PA7xxx Birdman is missing for dieshot.

yes it was cool, dual PA7100 boards, this rare early PA board too... $252 was my maximum (I was just interested in the PA7100LC for birdman).
