Thanks ! I missed this thread. That Toshiba is very nice CPU.
This year was a very good one to me. Got many nice chips from this forum and taking of the opportunity I would like to thanks to everyone.
Most expensive and the one from my want list I got is Intel C4040. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

Happy New Year! |
seem to be a rare chip? looks very nice and I also like these flat packs
very much.
Bad that I nealy don't know anything about Sovjet chips and their rarity. I
only have a few of them, but they are very nice. _________________ INTEL CPU´s, Peripheral,Ram,Eprom... & many Datasheets @ www.cpu-galaxy.at |

К580ИК80 is the very first soviet CPU ( i8080 clone) mass-produced (actually not too "mass" ) since September 1978.
The earliest known until recently К580ИК80 (mine) was dated May 1978.
this one dated "77" - so it's a sample.
in ex-USSR-CPU-World it's like an ES C4004 dated 1970 _________________ My Want List: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22729
