Well...It's clearly a Motorolla chip, But the markings don't help me much.
Any help is much appreciated.

nice chip but don't seems to find what is...seems like a custom chip.Also at the first see I think is a military spec chip (but not isn't) ,,,,,,this ground strap is a bit unusual on commercial chips.
Also the prefix ZCxxxxx must means something.
In what equipment u find this?
EDIT:
I find ZC means custom device...... So its custom chip! |

This chip is from an old Bosch car parking system computer, so I guess it makes sense that it's a custom chip.
It actually doesn't work all that well, if it is cold it just won't work, but when it is heated it works, so that's a little weird. |
