A Friend gave me 3 of these (1 without cooler) but i can not find any information about it on the web, maybe one of you guys can help me identify it?
It got 73 Golden Pins on Bottom and only the cooler got some letters on it - where there is the last number "850", on the second cooler it is "050", no other difference

I think these are ASICs or similar. I have chips with exact the same heatsink but different numbers on the acquisition boards of a logic analyzer. Input and outputs interface to 100k ECL logic.
Marking on my chips is: first line: 2300-00, second line 1A 543
