Does anyone know of a single CPU ATX motherboard suitable for the Intel Xeon E5-4650 CPU?

Check X79-based motherboards. Some boards, like ASRock Extreme, officially support the i5-4650 CPU:

It may work in other X79 motherboards, but support is not guaranteed.
