However the prices likely have to be negotiated (and yes he has other stuffs...)

I saved in the past about 10/12 links of interesting CPUs but now I can't acess to his shop

No but using the search engine I was able to find things that are missing in his listing...
The Hitachi SH2 need a die shot and that's one of those I found too 
XPC755 in organic BGA was interesting too.
But the first thing is to chat with him to get his real prices because it is clear that these are not. |

Seriously think about sending your money to Taobao... This guy for instance has grey trace C4004 for sale at 3 RMB each... unless you have someone who can read/write Chinese and help you out I would steer clear.

Exactly my point - 90% of the ads on Taobao are just rubbish or scams and unless you are wise it is easy to get sucked in. I once asked one of these C4004 sellers for a quote on 1000 pieces - guess what? Disappeared......
