Anyone know where I can find the datasheet for these please?

Also it does not appear to be listed on CPU-World Info

I would say it would be impossible to find

closest would be to search for MA80C186EB datasheet as A80C186EBI is the industrial version of the mil part

If the A80C186EBI is not marked with a speed.. then it will be 8MHz

The MA80C186EB seems to have 88 Pins where as the A80C186EBI appears to have 132 Pins and is Physically Bigger I believe......About the size of a 386 Chip

All chips I have seen with suffix of I have come out of development boards and systems... but why are some standard pin-out and some have bondout pin arrangement
