Anyone know where I can find the datasheet for these please?
Also it does not appear to be listed on CPU-World Info _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |

I would say it would be impossible to find
closest would be to search for MA80C186EB datasheet as A80C186EBI is the industrial version of the mil part
If the A80C186EBI is not marked with a speed.. then it will be 8MHz _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

The MA80C186EB seems to have 88 Pins where as the A80C186EBI appears to have 132 Pins and is Physically Bigger I believe......About the size of a 386 Chip _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |
