cpu I5 replacement in Toshiba motherboard

HI
I don't know if my cpu I5 SR04B is faulty and I want remove this I5 and test my motherboard with cpu I3 SR04J.

CAN I put I3 in this motherboard ?

I agree, it should work, as it has the same socket, architecture and stepping.
