Hi,
I have an Pentium 4 Extreme Edition @3.40 GHz, based on Gallatin Core with 2MB L3 cache memory, socket 775.

It is an Engeneering Sample, code Q730.

How much rare is it?

Relatively rare.
But not so much worth in $$.

I can't find other pieces of this model for sale on internet...

They had a cult following several years ago and prices were insane (well into the Core 2 era), but they've fallen off sharply.
