The 386BX and 486GX exist, but what is their intended use? I've been able to find references for the other obscure versions of these families (like the 386CX and 386EX) but not these particular two.

The FA80386BX CPU is a bit of a rare CPU

Its a late model 386 design for use in embedded mobile applications.
The most known use (and perhaps only) was in the Nokia Communicator 9000 PDA/cell phone.

It is larger then a 386CX or EX, coming in a 176TQFP package (the EX came in a 144TQFP)

It would appear this is more like a 386DX then a SX, haing 32 address lines instead of the 25 on the EX
