Hello,
I would like to know please wether I can change my motherboard, but I do not know if my case can take an ATX form factor motherboard.
I have currently a TX PRO II motherboard.

It is probably an AT motherboard. Take a look at the power supply cable plug - for ATX power supplies it looks like this:
ATX power socket on the motherboard looks like this:
If your plug or socket looks different then you have AT motherboard and power supply.
