Plastic ones are common, more or less.
This one is probably made by Квазар (Kvazar) or Электронприбор (Electronpribor).
Usually they are with manufacturer logo, but this is not.
Also it has early date for plastic. |

yes, plastic ИК80As are common.
but!
This one has the earliest date code I've ever seen
(and believe me I've seen a lot of them )
made definitely by Квазар (Kvazar)
so I'd say it's the best of rather common.
