I'll take NEC D8085AHD and Intel D8088 for die shots.
What are those two ceramic Intel DIPs on bottom left? They might also be interesting but I can't read their markings. |

similar to chipset from HP RISC workstation (Superdome may be)
I was given this in the kit with the HP CPU. |
