well I have an I7 2700K processor it happens that I cleaned my pc and when I install my cpu back it bended my motherboard(intel extreme dp67bg) pin so I give my pc to tecnical service they told me that my motherboard can't be repaired so I wonder if my processor could have get some damage too
what u think guys? |

| It's possible that powering on a system with bent CPU socket pins can damage the processor. Only way to make sure would be to test the chip on a known good board. |
