I collect graphics cards (but you already know I do ). For mobile cards I only collect those built using a standard card type (such as MXM) as I hope eventually to be able to run tests on most of my collection.
I'm not interested in GPUs that aren't on boards unless they are new, so no desoldered chips as I can't test them.
I had seven collectors interested in my NOS Permedia 2 chip GB. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

My collection actually started with graphic cards (3dfx cards). Of course I also had a bunch of CPU's not like a real collection. Nowadays I collect both CPU's as GPU's and I prefer them to be in working condition. For me also no desoldered chips... _________________ thandor.net - hardware

I do, but only as working cards.
Not so many of them, but some interesting like first ATi dual gpu card - Rage Maxx.
Or 3d accelerator without video output -
it gives final image to the second 2d card =) |

| I collect them, but not nearly as hard-core as I collect CPUs. Eye candies mainly. |

I've a ccrued a few accidentally when scrapping laptop mainboards, but only because it seemed such a shame to throw them away! _________________ Intel CPU's: 1400
