These are likely RS64-II, not Power3-II

Thanks for the comment.
Is there any site to verify this?

They are capacitors not resistors.

Not yet, henriok is trying to build a complete list of parts and picture in order to help. I have also been interested in doing this part list, I just know how the Power3-II look and that's not what you have for sale here.
The RS64-II was used on the same type of dual CPU boards as the Power3-II, and they look externally identical. When heat spreader removed however they are easy to differentiate. Check this pic from isa-d:

For me, 340MHz speed is a dead giveaway as only used for the RS64-II. (333, 375 and 400 for Power3-II).

The FRU codes of the CPU board and the heat spreaders would be nice to have and could help to confirm identification.
I'm with Aberco for the identification. These are probably RS64-IIs if the clockspeed is correct.

I'll change the title of my sale so future reference is correct.
