HI - I bought these from a German eBay seller. I think they are some commemorative plaques made using the same process as the ceramic substrates on IBM MCM/TCM devices. Both on beautiful ceramic plates about 1/4" thick. Nice items!!!

They made these circuits at this location I believe?
