For those, who is missing multi-order shipping page in new PayPal interface, there is a way to get to it. Login into your PayPal account, and then go to this page:

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_bulk-ship

I think the multi-order page is available on business PayPal accounts, but this trick allows you to use it even if you have a personal account.

paypal.com/shipnow works well for using paypal to ship anything as well
