look like Alpha 21264B cpu but with less pin

should be the cache controller or something else.

Oh wow, I have a similar one too.

I think they are part of Alpha chipset (memory controller or something similar), but a 4 die MCM...!

They are made by IBM, like the white substrate Alphas
