I assume you have already looked for part numbers on the wafer/die?
What does it say?

That doesn't look like anything I've seen before, and unfortunately, resolution is so low that counting bond pads or looking at other details isn't possible.

I cannot get a better photo of them yet as they are on the way to AVICC. I bought 20 of them. They are 4" wafers and come in a case marked "ST" but they do look like something sophisticated and so nice I could not resist.....

Look like standard logic cells, will be hard to know without die markings.
