i got this 3 chips.. please tell me if i identified them correctly, and if any of them can be considered CPU (in ARM/others category)

Sounds good, they are all SoC with an embedded core. They are CPUs, but they exist in hundreds of flavors

i started to expand my collection in this direction ... they are pretty cheap and easy to find .. but they are pretty ugly most of them Sad(

Very true, it's interesting that now, they put an ARM (or MIPS, 8051...) core in a lot of components. Devices are basically made of several CPUs with dedicated peripherals that talk to each others, and each require it's own firmware.
