Still searching for datasheets or other information on this TTL family. I have a few parts with handwritten paper labels, CD2403F, CD2405F, CD2406F and CD2411F. The only document I have found is an RCA digital IC new product plan from January 1969 which shows them on page 5:

Were these ever produced? Ever see any?

Sorry, I can't help you eith your question but your list identified a mysterious chip I had around for severeal years now:
My TA5577 is the development type of a 64Bit memory (in mil temp grade) on page 2.
Unfortunately there is no hint on the comercial partnumber and therfore still no hope for the data sheet
