Having trouble identifying a manufacturer. Can anyone identify this logo?

| I saw this logo on some graphics cards, espeshially on 3Dfx chips. |

I saw it many times on cheap unidentified Chinese motherboards and videocards.
And usually there was more than one "Super" on them. 
I think it's not a manufacturer logo. |
