| I want to upgrade from a 667Mhz processor to a 933Mhz processor the number on the 667Mhz is SL4CB The only other processor with the same step code is a 833Mhz. the number on the 933Mhz is SL4C8 |

Different steppings don't matter, in fact people search for certain steppings for better performance and overclockability. If they are the same socket and chip type (PIII), then upgrade away.  |
