hi all,

today i got 5 old DEC Alphas, and i try to find out, which speed they are running


two of them are easy

21064-BB A233 (=233 Mhz)
21064-CA 166 (=166 Mhz; funny, this chip is relabeled, original speed = 200MHz)

the other 3:

21064-AA 21-35023-19 (mfd 9338)
21064-AA 21-35023-13 (mfd 9319)
21-40532-04 (mfd 9516)

did anybody know a website with details? or maybe know the answer?

21-40532-04 is 21064A processor. I don't know the speed of this one and two other 21064 processors.
