My new finds---
Notice the differences between these two SX719 LOWPOWER chip tops- different size trademarks and "registered" marks and different sized laser text.

Next look at the bottoms...! I've never seen a 486 with both silver pins and silver bottom plate with no markings.

Fake or very rare specimen?

both are legit, different marking are from differing plants (malay vs USA)
silver bottom has been chemically stripped of gold by a scrapper

Thanks for the bad news. I would think the process of stripping the Gold plate would leave some damage to the chip?

Also, what are the arrow marks stamped on both bottom plates?
